We at EnergyCAP, Inc. (ECI), the developers, owners, and hosts of the GreenQuestª energy awareness (GQEA) website, recognize and understand your need to maintain your privacy when using the products, services, and website of ECI. Following are the policies to which ECI adheres in maintaining the website for your use. This policy applies to GQEA websites and services that are owned and operated by ECI. We do not exercise control over websites that link from within our website. These other websites may have different privacy policies and we encourage you to read them.

We may collect the following type of information: street address, including zip code, e-mail address, utility account identifier, and building attributes. In general, information that personally identifies you (ÒPersonal InformationÓ) is required when you register to use the website, when you request a particular service or information from us, or when you fill out a survey. We reserve the right to contact you for informational or promotional purposes using Personal Information submitted by you through GQEA. You may opt out of receiving informational or promotional mail by editing your membership account or following the instructions on the email delivering the information.

We have important business relationships with certain trusted third party service partners ("Service Partners"). These Service Partners make the development, distribution, and maintenance of GQEA possible. We and our Service Partners use your Personal Information to operate and improve the website and services that we offer, and to inform you of new features, services, and products. We require that the Service Providers agree to comply with this Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Policy 3.
We may also select other companies to send you information about their products or services which are related to the site's service but are not necessary to its operation ("Other Companies' Use"). If we intend to use your Personal Information for Other Companies' Use, we will give you an opportunity to opt out of this service. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access of personal information to ECI employees, contractors, agents, and Service Providers who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your consent, and we expect most such changes to be minor.
